Core Responsibilities: As part of our small firm, you will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Overseeing project management from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong professional relationships to foster repeat business.

• Developing comprehensive construction documents, ensuring all specifications and details are accurate and comply with relevant codes and regulations.

• Administering the construction process and coordinating with contractors and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

• Managing project closeout activities, ensuring that all deliverables are completed and clients’ needs are met.

• Assisting with marketing initiatives to promote our services and enhance our firm’s visibility in the community.
